This policy applies to all purchases made at Weed Store Canada.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on most items once the package has been opened or tampered with. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact. We take health and safety seriously — opened cannabis products cannot be resold or returned.

Cannabis Product Exceptions

Due to health regulations and the nature of cannabis consumption, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances once delivered:

  • Opened flower packages or any cannabis with broken seals
  • Used vape carts, batteries, or any consumption devices
  • Consumed edibles, gummies, chocolates, or beverages
  • Opened concentrate jars or wax containers
  • Pre-rolled joints once removed from packaging
  • Any product where the integrity seal is broken or missing

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Cannabis is a natural product, and minor variations in appearance, color, or trim are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect product. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Discreet Packaging Policy

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. If you believe your package was tampered with during transit or arrived in compromised condition, please document the package condition and contact us immediately. We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company or bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@weed-store.ca.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, discounted products, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@weed-store.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Shipping Returns

To return a product for an approved refund or exchange, you must follow the instructions provided by our support team. Do not ship any item back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.

For authorized returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if uninsured or untracked shipping is used.

Age Verification and Returns

All customers must be of legal age to purchase cannabis. Returns processed to the original payment method are subject to the same age verification requirements as purchases. Refunds cannot be issued to individuals who cannot verify their legal age.
